Then Lucas and Maddie give their report to the class. Lucas does all the talking. Maddie feels shy so she holds up the report and turns the pages for all the class to see. 

Everyone can see how good her drawings are. They can also see how Chimp ruined them. Miss Eddy asks Lucas and Maddie to stay after class so they can tell her why their report looks so messy.

Finally Chimp and Benny are the only students who have not given their report. After seeing the other kids' reports, they are worried about their own. They have not written anything to say. 

Miss Eddy asks, "Who's left? Who has not given their report?" 

She calls Chimp and Benny up for their turn. The two boys stand before the class with their one drawing of a carrot in a vegetable garden. They don't know what to say.

Finally Benny says three words.

"I love gardening," he says and stops. 

The class waits for more. Then Kicker and Merkeeta giggle at those three words which are Benny and Chimp's whole report! The rest of the class laughs too. The kids realize that Chimp had been distracting them all week and has not done any work at all. 

Miss Eddy claps her hands for silence and asks Chimp and Benny to stay after class to speak with her. Chimp looks down and feels bad. 

He thought it was funny to laugh at Maddie and Lucas and Benny. Now that others are laughing at him, he does not like it. He does not like it at all! 

Not at all!
