They all look closely at the spinner, and at the two scrolls, and can only wonder what they mean. [Press Scroll 1 and Scroll 2 buttons.]
	  
"Wow!" Parker exclaims. "This is so cool. I'm going to keep studying these things." He feels really fortunate to have found his grandfather's trunk up in the attic. 
 
Parker gathers his things, rolls the scrolls back up, and enthusiastically thanks the two owners of the restaurant for all their help. The Saitos smile at Parker and his cute little sister Punky. They thank Mrs. Racoosin for coming to their restaurant tonight and sharing these ancient objects with them.

When the Racoosins arrive back home, Parker asks his mom if he can log onto the computer while Punky takes her bath. Mom says okay "but just for 15 minutes."

"Great," Parker says as he runs to the computer room. Maybe he can find out more about his Magic Spinner and what it all means.

He begins searching for information on numbers. First he googles numbers. Then he finds the category called "early numbering systems" which he googles. There are so many entries to read and he only has 10 minutes left. He finds a great website which has some really awesome drawing of numbering systems. From this he discovers that the first circle of numbers, the one written in blue ink, is ancient Egyptian.

"Cool," he says. He still wants to find out what language the middle circle of numbers is, but has run out of time.

As Parker heads upstairs to take his shower, his mind is filled with exciting thoughts. He can't wait to show his "find" to Pandish and Rusty. And see what they think.
