Bixie forgets all about the book until she sees her little sister, Tiki, coming down the stairs with the torn picture of Turtle Fairy Maya in her hand.

"No!" Bixie says. "Oh no, no, no!" 

Bixie runs upstairs and sees that her favorite book is torn.
